I've always been drawn to complexity. The kind that requires both imagination and discipline—seeing opportunities others miss, simplifying what others overcomplicate, and helping organizations take calculated risks that create meaningful growth.
For more than 30 years, I've helped organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change. My career has included executive leadership roles with Coca-Cola, Orangetheory Fitness, Edible Brands, UPS, and JWT, where I led initiatives spanning growth strategy, customer acquisition, digital transformation, franchise expansion, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness.
At Orangetheory Fitness, I helped scale the business from $200 million to more than $1 billion in revenue and over 1,500 locations across 23 countries. At Edible Brands, I led an enterprise-wide transformation that modernized the operating model, accelerated innovation, improved customer experience, and delivered more than $5 million in annual efficiencies.
What has consistently set me apart is an ability to connect disciplines that are often treated separately—strategy and execution, creativity and analytics, innovation and operations, brand building and business performance. I've never believed growth comes from marketing alone. It comes from aligning people, systems, customer experience, technology, operations, and strategy around a common vision.
Today, I advise founders, CEOs, boards, private equity investors, and leadership teams on growth, transformation, AI enablement, and organizational effectiveness while pursuing opportunities to serve as a President or CEO.
